Malaysian eat rabbit

Malaysian people do not eat much rabbit meat despite the fact that it is very healthy. We do not know how useful it could be for our body because of its nutriment and energy content. It is also ideal for those who would like to loose weight. Its protein level is high and because of that it is recommended for small children and sportsmen. Due to its low fat and cholesterol level it can fit into the diet of people with heart or cardiac cycle diseases. It is also useful for pregnant women or anaemic people as it contains a lot of B12 vitamin (which is important for the production of red blood cells) and iron. It can be digested easily and does not have any allergic affects.

Rabbit meat can be recommended to from a part of our diet due to its benefits. But it is also important to prepare it properly. It should not be salted or flavoured overly. It can be cooked with vegetables or fried in little oil.

The supermarkets now allow us to buy prepacked goods which make the preparation time shorter. The meat is boned and is in small portions just as it is required.

Rabbit meat due to its positive affects on our body should form a greater part in today’s diet. People should be aware of its benefits and eat rabbit because it is also a very delicious food.
